Location: Chennai (HO)

Position: Receptionist

Experience: 6 months to 1 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to visitors and clients professionally

Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments

Maintain front desk and reception area in an organized manner

Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, documentation, courier dispatch, etc.)

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations

Qualifications:

Any degree (Graduate preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
