We are now seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly and professionally Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries Maintain patient records and registration details accurately Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth patient flow Handle front desk administrative tasks such as billing coordination and token system management Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions Help guide patients regarding hospital facilities and services
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum diploma or degree in office management or healthcare admin is a plus Prior experience in a hospital or clinic reception is preferred Good communication skills in English and Tamil Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment systems) Pleasant personality with a calm and patient-friendly attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Work Hours:

Rotational shifts (including weekends on a roster basis)
