RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greet visitors & Answer inquiries.
2. Answer phone calls, take messages & manage emails.
3. Organize meetings and appoinments.
4. Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for client.
5. Maintail the reception area, ensure it is clean and organized.
6. Have to cleack hosekeeping works.
7. The payments should have to follow.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1 - 2 Years of experience.
2. Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills.
3. Presentable and courteous demeanor to represent the Organization positively.
SKILLS:
1. Communication.
2. Interpersonal Skill.
3. Basic Computer Knowledge.
