We are seeking an experienced
Receptionist
with
1+ years
of
experience
to manage front office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering phone calls and directing inquires to the concern department.
Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Receive, sort and distribute courier to the appropriate department.
Keep up-to-date records of office expenses, logbook and visitor records.
Assist with preparing of meeting rooms for meetings & conference.
File a document and take up a photocopying as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelor Degree
1+ years of experience in front office role.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (English / Tamil)
