Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary. Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes. Manage appointments and schedule meetings for departments or doctors (if in a hospital setting). Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital/organization services. Receive and sort mail, couriers, and deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records. Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth front office functioning. Support HR or Admin departments during events, meetings, or documentation work. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Graduate

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service (preferably in hospital/clinic setup).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English and local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Pleasant personality and professional appearance Ability to multitask and handle pressure

As per hospital ONLY NIGHT SHIFT
