We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Receptionist to join our automobile showroom located in Sholinganallur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling front-office operations, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and visitors courteously. Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain the front office area in a neat and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations. Manage basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a Front Office role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality and professional grooming. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Education:

Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

Competitive and based on experience.
