Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle daily mail, courier, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor records and provide security passes if required.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Support HR/Administration team in office management tasks.
