Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle daily mail, courier, and deliveries. Maintain visitor records and provide security passes if required. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Provide basic administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying). Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations. Support HR/Administration team in office management tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,079.45 per month
