Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer telephone calls promptly, route calls, and provide information as required.
Register new patients, update existing patient information, and verify insurance details.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
Assist patients with admission and discharge processes.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain and organize front desk records, appointment logs, and correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality of patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth hospital operations.
Manage billing queries, collect payments, and issue receipts when required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
