We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk of our office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
- Handle reception area duties, including answering queries and providing information
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
