Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and daily reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Assist in basic administrative tasks and documentation.
Ensure reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma holder
Fluency in English & Tamil preferred

Based on previous experience and performance in the interview
