Job Summary:



We are seeking a well-organized and presentable

Receptionist

to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.

Location:

Chennai

Experience:

2-5 years

Note - Prior experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments Manage front desk operations, including reception area upkeep Maintain visitor logs, issue ID passes, and coordinate with the security team Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and company events Assist HR/admin with onboarding activities and courier handling Monitor and manage office supplies and facility requirements Handle incoming/outgoing emails and physical correspondence Ensure confidentiality and data protection in handling documents

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to manage pressure and deadlines Prior experience in front office administration
