Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and office staff.
Maintain client records and assist with basic documentation.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and client data.
Coordinate with property managers and other departments when required.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
