Job Description

Responsibilities



.1. Customer Greeting and First Impressions



Warmly welcome all walk-in customers. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer water or seating when needed.

2. Front Desk Management



Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization. Answer incoming phone calls politely and redirect appropriately. Manage appointments for VIP clients or services like customization.

3. Enquiry Handling



Respond to general enquiries about products, offers, and services. Maintain a record of walk-in enquiries and pass it to sales staff. Note down customer contact details for follow-up.

4. Customer Coordination



Coordinate with sales executives to connect customers promptly. Track waiting customers and ensure they're attended to quickly. Provide tokens or queue system if applicable.

5. Administrative Support



Maintain visitor logs (customer register). Issue gate pass or entry slips when required. Manage basic documentation, vouchers, or warranty slips at the front desk.

6. Communication and Follow-Up



Make follow-up calls for feedback or reminders (like delivery collection). Share promotional offers or festive messages with walk-in customers.

7. Safety & Etiquette



Ensure no customer leaves unattended. Report suspicious behavior to the showroom manager/security. Maintain confidentiality regarding high-value purchases.

8. Coordination with Other Departments



Communicate customer needs to the sales or repair department. Coordinate with billing and packing counters for smooth customer service.
