Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming: Professionally and warmly greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answering and Routing Calls: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Managing the Reception Area: Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk and reception area. Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, managing mail (incoming and outgoing), and handling basic office duties. Providing Customer Service: Addressing visitor inquiries and providing general assistance. Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of visitors, calls, and other relevant information. Supporting Staff: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
