We are looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly
Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of our Toni&Guy salon in Thiruvalla. If you enjoy interacting with clients and creating a warm experience, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients warmly as they enter the salon.
Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client scheduling.
Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with stylists and salon staff for smooth daily operations.
Handle phone inquiries, billing, payments, and service details.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Support customer feedback handling and ensure a pleasant client experience.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months - 1 year experience
in front desk / customer service (Salon or hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Fluent in
English & Hindi
(Malayalam is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge for billing & booking systems.
Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance.
Salary:
Salary will be discussed based on experience and skills.
