Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.* Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.* Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry/exit procedures.* Provide information about programs, schedules, and services when required.* Coordinate with staff members to manage appointments and meetings.* Handle incoming and outgoing mail* Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception desk.* Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.*
