Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage front desk activities including receiving couriers, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining visitor logs
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide general support to staff and management as required
Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department
Requirements
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach
High school diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field preferred
