Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage front desk activities and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mails
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with arrangements
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination
Maintain office registers (visitor, courier, attendance if required)
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
