Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per security protocols.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office records management.
Monitor and maintain office supplies; coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.
Report any security or safety concerns to the relevant authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must Need a bachelor's degree .
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
