We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, screen them, and forward to concerned departments
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and parcels
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Assist HR/Admin team with basic support work when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:15 AM - 6:15 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
