Handle the front office in absence of the Front Desk Executive.
Assist and guide visitors/clients and coordinate with the concerned department/person.
Receive and manage all inward and outward calls in the absence of Front Desk Executive.
Manage guest house arrangements, including lunch/dinner coordination for Indian and foreign delegates.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain day-to-day records for B2 such as inward/outward, receivables, bills, cheques, C-forms, and other important documents.
Assist departments in tracing documents/material dispatch and receipt by maintaining an online courier tracking record.
Travel & Hospitality Assistance
Handle visa formalities, foreign currency arrangements, and travel insurance.
Coordinate business card printing as per HR department instructions.
Administrative Support
Coordinate office stationery requisition forms and maintain related documentation.
Assign duties to office boys and drivers for office work in consultation with the HR department.
Provide miscellaneous support and assistance to various departments as required.
Knowledge of AMC services and contract maintenance.
Knowledge of petty cash handling and maintenance.
Understanding of EPABX telephone system.

Pay: ₹19,518.34 - ₹28,020.10 per month
