Visitor Assistance:
Provide information, address questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, sorting and distributing mail, and managing office supplies.
Office Organization:
Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Communication:
Act as a central communication hub, facilitating smooth communication between internal departments and external contacts.
Security:
Monitor access to the office, manage visitor logs, and follow safety procedures to maintain office security.
