Make outbound calls to students/parents who have enquired about courses.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and admission process clearly.
Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course based on their interest.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/excel.
Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings for interested students.
Achieve monthly admission targets set by the institute.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about all programs.
Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless onboarding of students.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in
English, Bengali

Strong convincing and counselling ability.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Good listening skills and ability to answer student/parent queries patiently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:
10th Pass / 12th Pass/ Graduate
Experience:
0-20 years
(freshers welcome; experience in admissions is a plus)

18-30 years
