Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar panels and related products.
Explain product details, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and follow up on inquiries.
Handle customer questions and resolve any issues or doubts.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of solar products (training will be provided).
Proficiency in Hindi and/or English.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
