Job Description

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the leasing team with follow-ups and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain property details, pricing, locations, and benefits to interested prospects. Handle inbound inquiries from various sources (brokers, ads, walk-ins). Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales/leasing team. Maintain lead data, follow-up trackers, and update CRM/Excel sheets. Follow up with customers for feedback and closure support. Coordinate with brokers and channel partners for appointment scheduling. Maintain strong communication etiquette and professionalism on calls. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and tenants professionally. Manage the front desk, maintain visitor logs, and issue entry passes. Provide basic information about the company and properties when required. Coordinate with the leasing and operations team for walk-ins and appointments. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Assist HR/Admin in basic office tasks when required.

Key Skills



Good communication and convincing skills. Basic real estate knowledge (training will be provided). Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up discipline. Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Qualifications



12th Pass / Graduate. 1-3 years of telecalling or customer support experience (real estate preferred).

Pay: ₹8,432.58 - ₹20,049.04 per month
