Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Provide information about products and services Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Collaborate with team members to improve customer service
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or call center role Proficiency in relevant computer applications Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Strong verbal communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism Excellent problem-solving abilities
