About the Role:
We are hiring a proactive
Telecaller Executive
to handle lead calls, explain our services, and guide clients towards bookings. You'll be the first voice of our brand--building trust, sharing information, and ensuring every lead feels heard.
If you're fluent in
Tamil, Kannada, and English
and enjoy conversations that convert into action, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries
Clearly explain service offerings, ongoing packages, and treatment benefits
Schedule appointments and ensure follow-up reminders are sent (via call/WhatsApp/SMS)
Track lead status in Google Sheets or CRM tools
Work closely with the front desk and clinic teams for seamless coordination
Maintain daily reports and performance logs
Required Skills & Experience:
1 to 2 years of telecalling, inside sales, or customer service experience
Must be fluent in
Tamil, Kannada, and English
Confident communication and listening skills
Friendly tone, polite conduct, and high patience level
Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
Experience in
aesthetic clinics, salons, wellness, or healthcare
industries
Knowledge of CRM tools
Comfort using WhatsApp for lead follow-ups (voice notes/texts)
