We are a fast-growing real estate firm known for delivering exceptional property solutions and customer service. As we expand, we're looking for enthusiastic Female Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to engage potential clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of interested customers.
Explain real estate projects, offers, and investment benefits clearly to prospects.
Schedule client meetings for site visits with the sales team.
Maintain call logs and client feedback records accurately.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female only

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

Language Skills: Fluent in English and local languages (Hindi/Regional Language)

Basic Computer Knowledge:- (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Gmail)

Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette

Work Timings:

Working Hours, e.g., 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM,

Monday to Saturday
