We need a Health Conscious Fit Energetic Female Administrative Assistant passionate to grow personally & professionally with us at our Sharangdhar Wellness centre.

Responsibilities and Skills-



? Managed receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in person requests for information.

? Maintained a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.

? Made and confirmed appointments with patient.

? Fielded telephone calls and forwarded correspondence to concern person

? Coordinate customer payments and billing.

? Monitor and maintain office equipment.

? Control inventory relevant to reception area.

? Receive and sort mail and deliveries maintained.

? Co-ordinate with Doctors and Staffs

Skills Required:



? Candidate with saloon and spa experience must and other with sales experience can also apply.

? Have a friendly personality, be familiar with fitness environment, communicate efficiently, and have basic computer skills.

? Administrative Skill

? Communication Skill

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
