Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Generate leads and fix appointments for sales/marketing team

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries

Maintain call records and update customer details

Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve daily/weekly call and target goals

Requirements:

Minimum Plus Two / Degree (preferred)

Good communication skills in English & local language

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to convince and handle customers politely

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Positive attitude and confidence

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,956.82 per month

Work Location: In person
