Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors courteously at the front desk.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company.
Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area.
Perform telecalling activities to support marketing and sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records and update databases.
Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
