We are hiring an Telecaller (Fresher/Experienced) with fluent English for our clinic at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Role includes handling patient inquiries, explaining hair treatments (Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, Hair Care), scheduling appointments & maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities - Telecaller

Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally with fluency in English. Explain clinic services: Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC & Hair Care Products. Generate leads, convert inquiries, and schedule patient appointments. Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates. Build positive patient relationships with polite and confident communication. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient visits.

Updated Resume / CV (with recent photo). ID Proof (Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID). Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation if applicable). Experience Certificates / Relieving Letter (if any). Last 3 Months' Salary Slips (if experienced). Passport Size Photographs (2 copies).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
