Roles & Responsibilities



Receptionist:



Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and appointment coordination

Respond to official emails after coordinating with the Technical Head or concerned department

Coordinate with the Technical Head to understand, address, and resolve student issues -- then communicate updates to students

Maintain attendance, visitor logs, and daily records Support Centre Head and Academic Team in administrative activities

Telecaller:



Contact and follow up with potential students and parents for MAAC courses Explain course details, structure, and career opportunities Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up lists Support admission and marketing campaigns

Required Skills



Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) Professional email communication and documentation skills Ability to coordinate effectively with seniors and teams Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail) Polite, confident, and student-supportive personality
