Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to establish rapport and introduce our offerings
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups
Conduct telemarketing campaigns focused on promoting technology sales and marketing initiatives
Negotiate terms with clients effectively while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Support business development efforts through outbound calling, lead generation, and nurturing potential leads
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and resilience
Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service best practices will be advantageous
