Full job description
Inputting, updating, and verifying data in databases or spreadsheets, often from various sources like paper documents or online forms.
Providing general administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing files, and preparing documents.
Maintaining organized files, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicating with colleagues and clients, providing information and support as needed.
Assisting with other office tasks as needed, such as mail management, scanning.
Ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, verifying entries against source documents.
Computer skills: Basic understanding of computer programs like Microsoft Office, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
Effective communication skills are needed for interacting with colleagues and clients.
Strong organizational skills are necessary for maintaining records and managing multiple tasks.
