JP Healthcare, a leading third-party cosmetic manufacturer, is seeking a professional and friendly
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
