Experience as a receptionist/front-desk executive (diagnostic centre or hospital preferred)
Experience handling
patient registration, billing, and reports
is desirable
Familiarity with
LIS/HIS software
is an added advantage
Core Responsibilities
Greet patients professionally and manage front-desk operations
Register patients and create/update patient records
Schedule diagnostic tests and manage appointment calendars
Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and medical staff
Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation
Provide accurate information regarding tests, preparation, and report timelines
Manage report dispatch (physical and digital)
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
