Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Provide general information to visitors and staff
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols (badges, sign-ins)
Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
Handle inquiries via email and manage the company's general inbox
