Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with a professional attitude.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Manage inward and outward couriers, letters, and official documents.
Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
Maintain visitor records and update daily attendance or log sheets.
Support HR/Admin in basic clerical tasks and document filing.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth office operations.
Assist in organizing meetings, staff events, and client visits.
Handle basic office supplies inventory and vendor follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
