Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
Handle telecalling activities: make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients/customers.
Provide information about products/services and generate leads through calls.
Maintain a record of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
Schedule appointments/meetings and manage calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance.
