Minervaa Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RECEPTIONIST to join our team in Siliguri, West Bengal. As a RECEPTIONIST, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, playing a crucial role in our customer engagement and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services or gather information. Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Clearly explaining the benefits and features of Minervaa Group's offerings to customers. Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the company's system Following communication scripts when necessary and adapting to various customer needs. Achieving daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, or sales. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a RECEPTIONIST or in a similar customer service/sales role is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi and English. Active listening skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively. Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
