Key Responsibilities:
oGreet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
oManage incoming calls and correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
oSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews.
oMaintain front desk records, visitor logs, and other documentation.
oSupport HR and admin departments with day-to-day operations.
