Registration and billing of IPD & OPD patients ( Cash & TPA). Knowledge of RGHS OPD is must.
Greeting Patients and visitors , providing direction, and answering inquiries
Scheduling and confirming patients appointments
Collecting patient information , including insurance information
Maintains and keeps patient information confidential
Tack Patient feedback
Collect and Record Cash / Online Payments
Monitoring the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment for patients and visitors
Managing patient flow to ensure timely appointments and services
Billing of Lab and Imagine services.
Co ordinate with Ward nursing staff about admission and bed availability for patients.
Answering phone calls
Take Google Review
Clerical work.
Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
Assists in other duties as needed as directed.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Talk to the patients regarding hospital related queries.
Any other work assigned.
