Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or person
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms
Maintain records, logs, and basic administrative documentation
Provide support to other departments as needed
Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition
