BZS School, Jodhpur is seeking a polite, organized, and responsible
Receptionist
to manage the school front office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, and will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet parents, students, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information
Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor records, and issue visitor passes
Respond to parent queries related to admissions, fees, and general school information
Coordinate with the admission, accounts, and academic departments as required
Receive, record, and distribute letters, couriers, and official documents
Maintain front office registers, records, and basic documentation
Support admission-related activities during the admission season
Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the reception area
Assist school administration with clerical and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive (school experience preferred)
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Working Hours
As per school timings (Monday to Saturday)
