We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
Maintain visitor logs and front-desk records
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
Coordinate with internal departments when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist in daily office operations
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Presentable and professional behavior
Ability to multitask and handle front-desk operations smoothly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
