Update and verify parcel details like tracking numbers, return reasons, and status.
Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for parcel handovers and confirmations.
Manage visitor entries and maintain front office cleanliness.
Support administrative work such as filing, documentation, and data updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
Prior experience in receptionist or data entry role preferred.
Good typing speed and accuracy in maintaining records.
Pleasant personality, punctual, and disciplined in daily work.
