Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations at our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle daily office tasks with professionalism.
Minimum 2 Year Experience
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests, clients, and property visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
Guide walk-in clients to the appropriate departments, sales executives, or meeting rooms.
Handle incoming calls, make real estate follow-up calls, and maintain client call logs.
Manage daily front-desk operations including visitor entries, appointment scheduling, and inquiry handling.
Maintain office records, basic documentation, and computer-based entry work.
Assist the real estate team with property-related paperwork and coordination tasks.
Ensure smooth operation of office activities such as courier handling, office supplies management, and general admin tasks.
Provide support to sales and management teams when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
