Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling general inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per institutional protocols.
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record management.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth communication.
Offer accurate information about the institution's programs, admissions, and facilities when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation
in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
0 to 1 year
of experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office/administrative role.
Freshers
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
