The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments
Assist in coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
